Eric, being the computer nerd that he is thankfully, has fixed the computer and it's now up and running again with a much newer version of Windows...sa-weet!
So after we spent time at Mount Rushmore, we toured the Wind Caves. If you ever go to Mt Rushmore, you HAVE to tour the Wind Caves. They-were-so-cool. But be sure to take a jacket, it's a tad bit chilly when you're down in them caves! Luckily, we were prepared.
And after you tour the Wind Caves, be sure to pull off to the side of the road and look at the Crazy Horse Memorial. You can pay a lot of money to go see it closer, but we figured when we could see it just fine from the side of the road, we'd save ourselves a few bucks and not go in the park. It's far from being done and it's taking a long time, but it'll be pretty awesome when it's done.
The next day, we went and slid on the Alpine Slide. Another MUST DO if you're in the Keystone SD area!
Chase was a little freaked out when it was time to get on the moving seat!! |
The 2 white lines are the slides... |
You could see Mt Rushmore while riding the ski lift to the top of the slide. Awesome! |
A future president!!!
Chase willingly put his face in the line up.
Miracle people...miracle.
