I guess it's time....

I suppose, I guess, okay maybe it's time to stop hiding, and come to terms with the fact that my whole family, and this includes my husbands whole family; mom, dad, sisters', brother and all their kids, are on a family vacation right now...and I'm not.

I try not to think about the fact that I'm not with them, and stuck in Viva Las "hot" Vegas (112 degrees) all by myself for the next 2 weeks.

But I'm not completely alone here in my wallowing. I've got this dude to keep me company.


We had been planning a trip to Montana for months, months, and yes, more months.
But because of moving, and changing schools, and all the 'stuff' that needs to get done with Chase's schooling to get him in the right autism program for the upcoming school year, it meant one of us had to stay.

Since Friday, Eric and Allie have been having a tubular vacay. The first day, they drove up to Idaho Falls and stayed there for the night. The next day they went to Yellowstone and had a fantastic time (pics to come later), then onto Billings Montana, and finally to Scobey. I talk to them everyday and they are having quite the fun, and I'm glad, really.
Sad I can't be with them, but glad for them.

The Chaser and I are having our own fun too.
Tonight we had a fancy dinner, provided by Taco Bell.
We played, we danced, we watched Silent Library.<----- (favorite show that's based off a Japanese game show i used to watch when we lived in Japan, but everything was in Japanese...I'm so glad MTV is doing it now!) Watch it!
I endured (Chase enjoyed) Elmo, and Noggin, and then all we could eat mint choc chip ice cream, and we'll do it all again tomorrow.
